I found some really great products in the month of March that easily became my favorites. I wanted to take a few minutes to share them with you!
New Undies for a Good Cause
Get your drawer ready, Bootay Bag is a monthly underwear subscription! For $12 a month, this company will send you two pairs of new panties right to your door – for free. How it works: Select your size, and then choose your underwear preference. (Never thongs, always thongs, or mix it up) Once you receive your Bootay Bag, snap a selfie with your new undies, tag @BootayBag_ and use #undermatters and they will donate $1 to the Melanoma Foundation! What could be better than that? New undies, and a donation to an important cause?
“Your Skin Looks So Glowy”
……said no one ever, until I met the IT Cosmetics CC Cream. If you’re reading this, you know by now that I have serious skin problems, so when I received this compliment I knew this CC Cream would be my new “go to” product. Surprisingly, it doesn’t make me break out. It’s texture is light, and airy and feels totally comfortable on your skin. I kid yo not – I have received multiple compliments on my skin/make up since I’ve started using this product. Better yet, I haven’t worn foundation in two weeks.
Peter Thomas Roth – Need I Say More?
If you caught one of my most recent posts on problematic skin, you know that I’ve cut a lot of products out of my normal skincare routine. (If you missed my post, you can view it here) As my skin is starting to clear up, I am slowly adding products back in,
one by one and allowing my skin time to adjust. I was in need of a new
night time moisturizer, and I decided to give the Rose Stem Cell Bio-Repair Cream by Peter Thomas Roth a try. Oh my goodness – seriously, this cream is luxurious to say the least. It completely rejuvenates my skin overnight, making it feel hydrated and increasing it’s elasticity. FYI a little bit goes a long way!
Is anyone else as into the asymmetrical trend as I am? I have sweaters, and jackets, and absolutely anything I can find with this cut. Recently I’ve been living in the cutest little black asymmetrical jacket from Hello Addie Boutique.
The fabric is the softest, and it goes with virtually any look. I’ve worn it to the
grocery store with work out leggings, or I dress it up with a cute tank, OTK boots and denim for a night out.
Ladies With Olive Skin-tones – This One’s for You!
Okay, so once upon a time I spent my evenings laying in a tanning bed (ew) soooo bad for you, I know! The problem is I have olive skin, which most people think is beautiful, however somehow I managed to still be pale? So, needless to say
I’ve struggled to find a self tanner that suites my skin-tone.
Almost everything appears to be orange on me, and I’m just not feeling the
pale life. I’ve seen so many people rave about Loving Tan, so I decided to
finally give it a try. Okay seriously, this is the deepest,
prettiest olive tan I’ve ever had. Totally worth the buy. Loving Tan, you now have a permanent place on my bathroom shelf.
Crows Feet + Dark Circles: BYE.
I was recently introduced to Rodan + Fields products. I’ve been using their eye cream for about a month now, and honestly I’ve never experienced faster results from
another product. I work at a computer all day, and from squinting I felt like
I was starting to notice fine lines appear around my eye. They started to
disappear after one week of using this product – I’m convinced it’s magic.
Everyone Loves a Good Highlight
I love a good highlighter that’s also subtle. Recently I’ve been testing out the Cargo Color Stick from Ulta in shade Champagne. I have been absolutely loving this product!
It gives off such a pretty glow from within look. As with most products, a little bit goes a long way.
